I wanted to give you some ideas on some common sexual positions. My goal here is not to give you an exhaustive list, but rather to give you some ideas to start with. I just want to share some of the basic ones and the benefits from my personal perspective (your mileage may vary.) It's also a great excuse to use some pictures! :) Don't feel like you have to do more than one position... start slowly, it will feel better than racing through the list. Over time you can try other positions. It takes time to "master" a position and feel really comfortable with it. Over time you learn to find the best angles and techniques. For me it also took time to develop the muscles to maintain the position and move in response to my partner. | It's tough finding pictures of people in this position... mostly because you can't see a penis unless the person is doing this pushup kinda maneuver (shown right)... and being porn we gotta see the penis, right? In real life the person on top is not always in the position shown (it's tough on the arms.) PROS: This is my favorite position to receive and give. It's comfortable and it's a great feeling to have someone in you AND laying on top of you. It's great body contact. The penetration depth is somewhat shallow (can be a benefit for beginners), putting a couple pillows under the receiver's waist can improve this for the top, but it's not as comfortable for the bottom person. CONS: The other person can't easily stimulate your genitals. It's kind of a one-way position... the bottom just receives and the top just gives.  ALTERNATE: Try having the top facing the other direction (their head at your feet). It's an awkward angle to penetrate (penis is bent the wrong way) but it nails your prostate gland perfectly when they enter! WOW! Something you WILL remember! |

PROS: This is my favorite position for being the bottom. This has a lot of good things about it. You control depth, angle and speed of penetration.This is a great position for first timers... it's all on your terms and in your control. No surprises.
I like this position because you can see the other person, you can kiss, they can easily play with your genitals (two great sensations for the price of one!) and you can get a great variety of angles and sensations (leaning way back is awesome!), A great position to have a shared orgasm (both cum at the same time.) CONS: Your knees can get sore (it takes practice- like any of the positions I guess)  ALTERNATE: Sitting in chair/couch, also hugging (a Tantric position) |

| PROS: It's different, a change of pace. Penetration can be fairly deep. CONS: It can be awkward, not comfortable for either person long term (arms get tired, back hurts...), and in order for the top to thrust, they have to be kinda disconnected from the bottom. Not very intimate... |

| PROS: This one is nice once you find a comfortable position and find a way to hold your legs up (often on the other person's shoulders.) Penetration is nice and deep and the thruster has good access to your genitals. Minimal exercise on both people and you can kiss! It's a different kind of feeling than some other positions because of the angle. CONS: It's tiring keeping your legs up after a while. Thrusting pushes deep... can take some getting used to. ALTERNATE: Many. The one shown below is good!  |

| PROS: Comfortable and intimate position. Often a natural position from spooning or cuddling. Not difficult or tiring. Person penetrating can reach the other's penis. Moderately deep penetration possible if receiver bends legs, unique angles available. CONS: Not very deep. ALTERNATE: Receiver is laying on side with upper leg bent, penetrator is on knees straddling receiver's lower leg. WOW! Deepest penetration I have felt yet... it tickles my tonsils :) (Angle needs to be right or it just pokes side of rectum)  |

| PROS: Don't need a bed or something to lay on :) can do it anywhere. Great for a quickie. I enjoy bending over a counter or table that is sturdy. Can be very forceful and masculine if both like pounding. CONS: Takes a bit of adjusting of legs (bending legs or spreading them) to get the height alignment right. Not very comfortable for long durations if heights don't align naturally. ALTERNATE: Kneeling rather than standing.  |
