The image left is a modern version of the statue of David which caused a considerable stir when the 25 yr old Michelangelo unveiled it. He would need a bigger fig leaf!

Duo poses were often staged. They were sometimes against a back cloth or, as here outside.

This is almost a standard bodybuilder pose, with the pouch allowing his glutes to show clearly.
