Examples below are from submitted pics - some edited for inclusion here.

As you can see, this teen shows all muscle groups, but is not "cut" in the bodybuilding sense. His "six pack" is visible though and chest and shoulders are also balanced. Er nice dog too!

As you can see, this second, slightly more toned teen also shows all muscle groups. His "six pack" is visible though, as is his serratus anterior (just below the pecs). His chest and shoulders are also balanced. His arms also show marked vascularity. The pic has not had to be censored for inclusion here. That is some endowment he's showing off for us!

This 20s guy is a dancer as you can see and has had some body decoration. In the field of bodybuilding, that is a negative factor, and has the disadvantage of permanence too! Think carefully before you do it!

A superb shot of a very confident looking guy. He is clearly relaxed in this pose, showing impressive shoulders and arms, as well as a suggestion of a six pack. The latter would show more if he was actively tensing his muscles.

I have left the pic here unedited, since the pose is quite natural and not intended to be in any way sexual.

John is somewhat heavier in build. His abs are well marked as are his obliques. The latter are responsible for a thicker waist in the older bodybuilder.

It is worth noting here again that muscle does NOT turn to fat! Keeping to the same diet as when training DOES lead to weight gain if you are less active.

A Dutch Bodybuilder clearly shows how the fat ratio is lower, allowing muscle "cuts" to appear, plus vascularity. The strands of his deltoids are visible in this shot.

An anonymous naked bodybuilder shows how the physique is presented in the sport - shaved or waxed body hair to show muscle "cuts" better. Most competitions are in pose suits, but some are now in a fully natural style, allowing for the fake tan often used! It has been suggested that all competitions should be in the natural state. This would all too clearly show those who have used artificial steroid supplements. This guy clearly has not!

Again the pose is unedited as the pose is natural and unforced.

If any site users wish, I will remove the pics.

Craig unadorned!

Craig unadorned! He looks better without the added "speedos".
