ideas for my pants

as I mentioned in the August update, I need to get some fresh ideas of what to do to reduce my pants collection.

I don't want to just burn them or bin them, or send them to guys without getting anything in return (i.e. some good pix for this site).

If you've got any good ideas, put them down on here. Write down loads and I can randomly select an idea a week/month to undertake and report back.
