Weekly Schedule

Day Training
Monday Free day.
Tuesday On Display position. Have evening meal as dog from bowl on floor. Practise with Boot and Chain suspended from testicles.
Wednesday St Andrew's Cross position with weighted nipple clamps and boot suspended from testicles for 30 minutes with 2 breaks of 1 minute. Second enema when ordered.
Thursday Wear ball stretcher for 3 hours. Shave body. On Display position.
Friday Free day.
Saturday About every fourth weekend will be a training weekend. On a training weekend have breakfast as dog from bowl on floor, perform On Display position, perform punishments, worship Master on knees for 60 minutes and sleep on floor or chained in bed in spare bedroom. Lift penis to heaven every other week.
Sunday On a training weekend have breakfast as dog from bowl on floor and perform St Andrew's Cross positions. 3 part patience training every other week. Enema and report on punishments every week.
Everyday General fitness training when possible - pressups and situps. Go for run at least 2 or 3 times a week. Shave genitals when necessary. Worship Master's Gifts of Hair, Jockstraps and Underwear.
