Administering Enemas Using A Bottle, Syringe, or Douche
1. Fill the bottle with warm water.
2. Screw on insertion tip & tube.
3. Lubricate the tube/tip.
4. Gently insert the tube / tip in your ass. You can push it in as far as it will go. The neck of the bottle will fit right up against your ass.
5. Gently squeeze the bottle to force the water into your rectum. Pause if you feel discomfort.
6. Remove the tube from your ass.
7. Depending on the size of the bottle you are using, you may want to re-fill the bottle and repeat the process.
8. Expel the water from your ass.
