Some yogis in India practice siddhis (powers) whereby they lift enormous weights with their erect penises. These guys like swinging heavy objects from their balls. Pic 9 shows a guy on laundry day swinging an iron from his testicles. Some spend a lot of time and money to pump up their balls like balloons. Others get balloon balls free from tropical diseases.
