The triceps is often trained by the same exercise as the pectorals, for instance in press ups or bench pressing. The bench press grip width can redirect the main emphasis of the weight, as can changing the angle of the bench itself. Be warned though that a change in angle will alter the weight you can handle. Be SURE to use a spotter! |
