History of Massage
When parts of your body start to hurt or feel uncomfortable, it is a natural instinct to reach out and touch, rub or press that area. This action, which is done without thinking, can be traced back to the very beginnings of human development. One of the oldest forms of therapy, massage has been practiced for thousands of years. The oldest recorded use of massage comes from Egypt, where hand and foot massage is depicted on a wall painting on the physician's tomb in Saqqara dating back to 2300 BC. The ancient Greeks and Romans used it to relieve pain and in the East it has been an integral part of the healing process for centuries. At the beginning of the 19th century the Swedish professor, Per Henrik Ling developed his technique known as Swedish Massage. It's this technique that I use, but without the more sado-masochistic elements, unless that is what you actually want!

	Massage Typically, a full body massage lasts for approximately an hour. I will either use oil or cream as the massage medium, based on your preference. This helps to nourish your skin as well as allowing for a free-flowing massage. Your body responds to a massage in two main ways. Physically, the massage helps to reduce any muscle stiffness and helps to increase joint mobility. There are psychological benefits too, helping you to unwind and relax.
	Most guys are happy to strip off and lie naked on the couch, but if you prefer a towel to cover your "modesty" just ask. I won't be offended. If you're comfortable being naked then, as a naturist myself, I am happy to provide the massage to you naked.
	Shaving and Trimming I offer body hair shaving and trimming - any or all parts of the body, depending on what you want. For shaving, I use disposable razors, or you can bring your own razor for me to use. For trimming, I use an rechargeable electric bodyhair trimmer.
	Costs I charge "by the hour" whether you just want a shave, just the massage or have both in the same visit. Prices are: 60 minutes - £30, 90 minutes - £40. If you return within a calendar month then you get £5 off. Cash only, please.
