Most people who can get into the plow have adequate upper back flexibility. Focus on stretching your hips and lower back. There are some instructions available at www.solosucking.com. This month focuses specifically on stretches that are effective. Also practice putting your leg behind your head while laying against a wall or your couch. This will give you an idea as to how much work you have to do. Do each leg separately. Also try putting a thick pillow (wide enough for your back) on the floor and walking down a wall. Walk past your head and try to put your legs behind your head that way. This is a good way to get into the X position. Remember never to go to far and give your body ample time to recover before trying to self suck again. Stretch often (every other day is sufficient), maintain a healthy body weight and eat a balanced diet. HTH, Sean
