This month focuses specifically on stretches that are effective. : : Also practice putting your leg behind your head while laying against a wall or your couch. This will give you an idea as to how much work you have to do. Do each leg separately. : : Also try putting a thick pillow (wide enough for your back) on the floor and walking down a wall. Walk past your head and try to put your legs behind your head that way. This is a good way to get into the X position. : : Remember never to go to far and give your body ample time to recover before trying to self suck again.
