For bottoms, it's always a good idea to cleanse your anus and rectum prior to having anal sex. Voiding your bowels and flushing out your recutm will make it easier and more comfortable for you to accommodate the top's cock in your ass, and reduce the chance of undesirable messes for you and the top.

Guidelines for Enemas

Have a bowel movement first, to empty your bowels.

Use warm (or room temperature) water. Hot water can damage your ass; cold water can be a shock!

Use lube on the tube (or around and in your ass) before inserting it in your ass.

Inject water slowly and carefully. Too much pressure, or going too quickly, can be uncomfortable and may cause internal damage.

Be aware of the volume of water you have injected! You don�t need a large quantity of water � about half a liter (around 2 cups) is more than enough. You may experience a feeling of fullness as you inject the water, and it be an odd feeling the first time.

Discomfort is a sign that you should stop injecting water!
