BDSM Made Safe and Simple for Beginners
Okay, so youve never participated in BDSM but youve seen some pictures from the Internet, youre curious about it and interested to know more about this alternative life style especially between gay men. So, lets start at the beginning

*What does BDSM stand for?
Bondage being tied up or getting tied up
Discipline forcing or training to do certain things and getting punished in the case of failure
Sadism like torturing other guys
Masochism like being tortured by other guys

These are the four main generally recognized categories. Of course, there are other practices that can but do not necessarily also fall within one or more of these definitions, e.g. leather, biker, Daddy/Son for example, although the general practices can vary between the individuals concerned.

*What are some of the "special words" generally recognized in BDSM culture?

DOM (short form for Dominator or Dominant; Spanish for Master but a female DOM is called a Dominatrix) also referred to as a Master the person who dominates a relationship, e.g. the person who ties up the other guy or punishes his Subs or Slaves. Many Masters may have more than one Slave at a time. *Note a Top Man is not necessarily into BDSM as he is merely the person who gets serviced, e.g. the person who penetrates the other guy during sexual intercourse, or the person whose penis gets sucked during fellatio.

SUB
(short form for Subordinate, both sexes use the same term) also refered to as Slave the person who obeys the Master or Doms orders, gets tied up and punished and/or tortured. More than one Sub or Slave may serve the same Dom or Master. *Note a Bottom Man is not necessarily into BDSM either as he may just prefer to be penetrated or like sucking other guys penises.

Safe Word
this is a special code word agreed upon between two participants to indicate that the Sub has reached his limits and cannot take any more punishment or torture. The Dom MUST respect this code word, stop and let the Sub go IMMEDIATELY. A simple request like Please dont torture my cock any more is NOT regarded as a Safe Word because many Subs like begging during play. Only when the Safe Word is spoken is it recognized that ALL play must stop for both participants. The most common one used in the West is Pax meaning peace.

* What are the meanings of these special BDSM words?

*Note the following are non-hygienic practices and beginners are advised to avoid them!

Golden Shower or Watersports
pissing on someone or drinking someones piss

Scat
shitting on someone or playing with a guys shit
